Code Sentinel Data

An independent research studio producing mechanistic synthetic clinical data. Every record is computed from published physiology and pharmacology — no patient was ever measured, enrolled, or de-identified to build it.

How our data is made

Datasets are generated by first-principles models, not by resampling or perturbing real records. That makes them free of personal data by construction, not by de-identification.

01 · Model

Mechanistic equations

Ordinary differential equations, Ornstein–Uhlenbeck processes, Markov-chain state models and pharmacokinetic compartments describe the biology.

02 · Calibrate

Published sources only

Every constant is traced to a peer-reviewed source and listed in a constants audit shipped with the dataset.

03 · Validate

Documented checks

Each release ships with a validation report and a technical passport describing assumptions, limits and known gaps.

Regulatory position

How our datasets relate to the frameworks buyers most often ask about. A factual description of the data, not a certification.

FrameworkOur position
GDPRRegulation (EU) 2016/679 · Recital 26 Recital 26 places information that does not relate to an identified or identifiable person outside the Regulation. Our datasets are not derived from any individual's records and contain no personal data.
HIPAA45 CFR 160.103 · definition of PHI No protected health information is created, received or used. No data from covered entities enters the generation pipeline.
EU AI ActRegulation (EU) 2024/1689 · Article 10 Article 10 requires documented provenance, assumptions and bias examination for training data of high-risk AI systems, and names synthetic data as an alternative to sensitive data. Our passports, constants audits and literature registries are designed to feed those records.
FAIR principlesWilkinson et al., Sci Data 3:160018 (2016) Persistent DOIs, public metadata on Zenodo, machine-readable schema.org markup and an explicit licence for every dataset.
Intended use. Our datasets are built for research, software development, model benchmarking and education. They are not clinical evidence and must not be used to make treatment decisions for real patients.

Corrections & versioning

Report an issue

Found an error in a dataset or its documentation? Write to code@sentineldata.com.ua. Every report is investigated and answered.

Versioned releases

Corrected datasets are released as a new version of the same Zenodo record, so earlier citations remain valid.

Founder

Authorship of every dataset is recorded under ORCID, an independent third-party researcher registry.
